Migration 5.5.2 to 5.6 - Emergent

Hello,

We user Bonita in version 5.5.2 and we decide to migrate to 5.10.2. We try to follow the steps on document but actually we couldn't understand most techical details. Do you have any visual meterial defining migration procedure, we need your urgent help since existing Bonita System has been shut down due to migration process. we stuck in the document "http://documentation.bonitasoft.com/5x/bos-56/system-administration/migr..."

Note that you can always contact your Account manager from Bonitasoft, and ask for Professional services from him.
