Multi-instantiate a task

Hi,

I have a scenario where in Manager is going to assign set of tasks to people in a group called technician. I have created these set of task as a sub-process (call activity). Manger assigns each technician to the same set of task. Now the problem is, how i can configure sub process so that only the technician who are assigned gets the task ? And how to track which technician is working on what task.
