Problem connector SOAP 1.2

Hi I am trying to consume a service BonitaSoft but this is throwing me the following error: "java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException org.bonitasoft.engine.bpm.connector.ConnectorExecutionException: USERNAME = install | org.bonitasoft.engine.core.connector.exception.SConnectorException: org.bonitasoft.engine.connector.exception.SConnectorException: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: org.bonitasoft.engine.connector.exception.SConnectorException: org.bonitasoft.engine.connector.ConnectorException: Exception trying to call remote webservice" . Anyone know how I can fix this problem. The version I'm using is BonitaSoft 6.4.2 .
