Proccess for Nationality table

Dear All

I am willing to start developing process for student registration. There are several information will be taken from another tables like nationality , faculty , department and so on. Do I need to make small process to fill such setting tables, or there are better strategy.

Hello, I use a database connector (postgres here) and retrieve informations about person at each instantiation of the process using the uid of the person connected as a key.

Generally, I never duplicate information that already exists in our information system.
