task done by two lane of different pools

Hi community,
i would like to model a task that is done by two lane of two different pool. the task is '' set order pickup planning'' . the lanes are '' commercial service '' of the Pool '' Supplier'' and '' Purchasing service" of the ''customer enterprise''.
