Typ: END_EVENTStatus: failed

Hello,

i have the problem, that my process is running without any error, but after the last task the app is not archived. The case isn't in the tap "opened", but he isn't in the tap "archived". There is standing: Typ: END_EVENT Status: failed.

This is by "Terminate end event" and by "End event".

Does anybody knows what's the cause for?
