Unable to install a process

Hi,

I'm trying to install a process in Bonita but it doesn't appear in the list.There's no error message, warnings, notice... so I can't find out where the problem is. I've tried to install a process before and it worked fine, it appeared in the Disable > Unresolved section. But this time, it won't appear anywhere.

Can someone tell me if this happened to anyone before and how did you solve it?

Can you share the engine log file? Maybe an error message might help to find the issue.

Hi,

I've followed this page (https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/7.5/logging#toc5) to find the log file but I couldn't find it anywhere in my folder installation. Where do I get it?

I assume that you running your process from Bonita Studio. So on the page you mention, you should check "View log content" -> "Bonita Studio" (https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/7.7/logging#toc9)

Let me quote the documentation here: "To view the file, go to the Help menu and choose Show Engine log."

There's no error in the Bonita Studio when building a .bar, the problem is, when I try to install this .bar in the Bonita Portal, the process won't show up in the list.

Do you run the Portal using the Tomcat application server embedded in Bonita Studio or did you setup a separated server using one of Bonita bundles?

Can you share the full Bonita engine log file using for example Google Drive or Dropbox?

It's the first one, I run it using the tomcat app server that's embedded in bonita studio.

It seems that you are using Bonita version 7.6.0. can you give a try to the latest version (7.7.4)? You can export your current process (and dependencies) using Studio export menu. It will create a .bos file that you can then import in 7.7.4.
