Unable to log in after importing organisation from Bonita 7.2 to Bonita 2021

Hello

when i import "Organization_Data.xml" that contains all the users/groupe ... from my old Bonita 7.2 (BonitaCommunity) to the new Bonita 2021 (BonitaCommunity-2021.1)

and then i log in (bonita 2021) with "install" user to give a user profile to all my imported users and when i try to log in with a user account (on Bonita 2021) i have this error message "Unable to log in. Please check your username and password. "

it seems the password is not recognized

Hello,

Could you join an extract of the XML you load to 2021? Then we can check it.

If you load the organization AND change the profile (this is the trap, but you say that you did this point), it should work.

Any error on the log maybe?
