Where to download bonita-home-sp-6.1.0-performance.zip

I was following that tutorial:

But I cannot complete the 5th step.

5. Download bonita-home-sp-6.1.0-performance.zip and unzip it

Can you help me where I can find that file? Or maybe I am missunderstanding the instructions. Thanks in advance.
