Is it possible to cross two group in actor mapping ?
For exemple, if I want to assign a task to HR Manager.
I want to put HR group AND manager group.
The goal is to not create a group to one person.

You mean an intersection, then no. It cannot be mapped statically.
You will have to use an actor filter or maybe review your organization architecture, I generaly do not see manager as a group but more as a role.
Then you can use a membersho on the HR manager which belong to the HR group with manager role. It is then easy to do the actor mapping staticaly.
