hello, i'm testing Generate PDF from and Office document connector in bonita 2022.2, i have arabic lettres in the word template , when i convert it on pdf the arabic letter is converted to "????? ?????"
I wonder if this connector didn't accept Arabic characters ?

The connector implementation relies on the XdocReport library.
There are known limitation, and maybe, it is required for itext to have additional library in its classpath to support arabic alphabet and RTL.
You may try to fork the current implementation and play with the font provider.
