Changing country and department fields in the purchase request creation

Hi,

We are facing some problem where the wrong country and department is shown in the purchase request creation. At the user itself – as far as we know – the information is setup correctly. I was wondering if you can help us where we can change this information in Bonita. As can be seen at the picture below it somehow puts in the fields Customer Care and we don't know where Bonita get's these fields from and nor where we can change them. Can someone guide us how to change this?

What version of Bonita is this ?
In the picture above, you are using an application developed using Bonita and you will have to ask the developer how it is done. Bonita is a middleware and does not provide application out of the box.

I recommend using an up to date version and following the getting started tutorial to have a better understanding of the product.

We are using Version : 7.5.4 at the moment. I will check the things you suggested
