My case-details overview form shows blank values for every field in cases. How can I troubleshoot this?  Thanks

I decided that the default overview page is fine and will not pursue my own overview page for now. The default is good enough!

You may open the devtools (F12) in your WebBrowser and check the network tab for requests results.

Note that in case of 500 errors, you may check the engine logs to have more details about the server error.
