I’ve been searching for a method or something else that can allow me to change the default System comments.

What is the “default system comments” ? Is that the comment created by the engine like “task are assigned to Walter.Bates” ?
If this is the comment you talk, you can “ProcessAPI.searchComment()” but you can’t delete or change it I’m afraid.
