I want to force the user to encode a comment in the comment tab when they will reject the task. The comment tab I am talking about is the default comment tab in bonita when viewing the task not the custom comment input.

I have a scenario wherein I want to update records once created when it is rejected by the approver. First I created and fill up the task when I submit it will go to the manager. When the manager login and rejects the task it will go back to the initiator and the initiator will update the fields required. I want to fetch the previous data and will allow the user to update his/her records then will submit again to the manager.

How can I assign a task to a group and users can view it and whoever approves the task will be fetch? The purpose of this is for the task not to be pending for a long time and other users can approve certain task for it to be release right away.

Hi,

I want to make the attachment not required. I use these File upload and download process example (http://community.bonitasoft.com/project/file-upload-and-download-process...). I cannot submit the form when it is empty. How can I make it optional and can submit the form when it is null and have an attachment. If this cannot be done is there a workaround for attachment.

Note: I use the multiple attachment option since our user attach multiple of documents.

I need to convert the id and code to name. I save the id and code in my main table instead of the name. But when I display the content of table it shows the id and code. I have tables that handle the equivalent of the code and id. How can i convert it in my UI Designer. Please help. Thanks

how to include groovy script in .bar file?

It's horrible to work with Bonita BPM Studio on a HiDPI display because the underlying eclipse is not supporting it. I work with a team with normal DPI displays on a shared repository, so we always have to adjust the size of the elements or stay with overlapping elements and text.

We are using Bonita Open Solution version 5.6 and we are getting the following exception:

WARNING: Activity will be put in the state FAILED due to: org.ow2.bonita.facade.exception.BonitaWrapperException: org.ow2.bonita.facade.exception.RoleMapperInvocationException: Bonita Error: be_TRT_2Exception caught while executing role mapper: org.ow2.bonita.facade.def.InternalConnectorDefinition@556eafa6

Can anyone offer some help on how I could trace or solve this problem?

It's possible to use websockects to send information about the state of the workflow to make an interface react?

Example:
A process that catches events of 5 participants voting and I wanted to send, when all voted, a typified message through a websocket that is listening on the other application (back-end or front-end).

Note:
The interface and application referred above aren't the default Bonita portal.

Anyone has already tried this?
Is there any alternative on the API that you know of?
