In my project, I would like to ask for several pieces of information on a form. Example:
- Name of user
- Program modified
- Modification made
- Date of modification

The goal would be to have a versioning system that would be written somewhere, ideally in an excel file.

Is this possible?

Is there any other way to do this versioning system?

I would really like to know if and how it is possible to export the form filling activity via a URL to an independant website?

In my use case, I want that the user can click on a URL on a website and be redirected to the form which they can then fill and submit.
