Cases are not showing up in task menu

How to cancel a case


I have a case where one of the tasks failed. It seems when the task failed, my workflow stopped running. However, the case is showing as active. Therefore, I will like to cancel the case to remove its active state. As an administrator, in the portal, I see the option to delete a case. Is there an option to cancel?

Error while running migration script tool

I've ran the migration script to migrate my platform from 6.3.2 to 7 and in the sequence of steps, I get an error:

Failed to execute:
[ Migrating 2/7 ]
| Description : Update Business Data
DROP TABLE ref_biz_data_inst
because: Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails

Before running the migration script, I backed up mySQL database. I ran the backup SQL script which ran successfully.
