Portal

I have made a process that is form based for a trucking company. The process works well but once the whole process is done, I cant see the data that is placed on the forms anywhere in the portal. I need help to be able to pull these forms up at later dates. Should I add a connector to send the form information to? any ideas?

environment : 1.BonitaBPMCommunity-6.3.1-deploy 2.Tomcat server installer (exe) x86 6.0.37 3.Windows server 2008 r2 x86

Process : 1. I downloaded tomcat installer . 2. Install server parfactly . 3. Download : deployment package 4. Create folder in installed tomcat dir named bonita and paste content of bonita home 5. Replace files from deploy bundle to installed tomcat dir 6. Try to access bonita using browser : Give error : 500 : org.bonitasoft.console.common.server.utils.DefaultTenantIdException Oops. Error.

hello, i have already installed tomcat server and there are many web app running on . i download Bonita deployment package and configure it , Bonita is properly worked , i installed one app on portal ass well.

but when i restart tomcat server , portal become clean , all installed app are clear and all cases erased . all become as like new it is not well known behavior of any app.

anything i missed on configuration .? or any thing i done wrong ?

can you please suggest what should i do ?

Hello , i m using Bonita community 6.3 my question is simple : on Bonita BPM portal oon middle : there are tab "TAKE" "RELEASE" "HIDE" i want to remove that hide button . so any one can't be hide any task .

how can i ? can i achieve ? pl need help it is very needful

We've got LDAP/AD connector integration successful in a process, but all users will access workflow through Portal sign-in.

Is there a way to integrate PORTAL sign-in with LDAP authentication?

I create one approval process , now when user log in to system he can find process status in comments on dashboard now when user go to task and fill form and then write some comment in filed of form . and store in variable

but i want that comment field of form , next user can see on dashboard's (portal) comment . how to achieve it

When a taks is assigned to any user, the system add a comment to the task feed saying... The task "XXXX" is now assigned to xxxx.

It is posible to translate this comments? It's strange to have the whole portal in spanish except for the comments.

I'm new in the BonitaSoft World. I have a doubt, can i change the portal? I'm not mean to change the css (and i want to change the css too), i want to know if i can change the options that the users see, and i want to decide what options a user can see. Is it Posible?

I want to migrate the portal from 5.x to 6.x. Is it possible to do this in a way that means that once I have migrated, I can view on the new 6.x portal the history of cases which were completed in the old 5.x user experience?
