tomcat bundle

i m using windows server 2008 r2 and i have already running tomcate i just downloaded deployment package and by mergeing it as per documentation . ho to http://server/bonita but it gives error 500 :org.bonitasoft.console.common.server.utils.DefaultTenantIdException

what should i do ???

hello, i have already installed tomcat server and there are many web app running on . i download Bonita deployment package and configure it , Bonita is properly worked , i installed one app on portal ass well.

but when i restart tomcat server , portal become clean , all installed app are clear and all cases erased . all become as like new it is not well known behavior of any app.

anything i missed on configuration .? or any thing i done wrong ?

can you please suggest what should i do ?

i configure database to my sql , when i start server it started successfully . but when i try to go into portol : http://localhost:8080/bonita

gives following error http://localhost:8080/bonita/portal/homepage

I'm afraid to be forced to ask the forum for such a "rookie" question: I followed all info in the installation (http://documentation.bonitasoft.com/tomcat-bundle-0), but I'm unable to startup the catalina process: invoking startup.sh results in the following:

Using CATALINA_BASE: /opt/BonitaBpmCommunity

Using CATALINA_HOME: /opt/BonitaBpmCommunity

Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: /opt/BonitaBpmCommunity/temp

Regarding the User Guidance in the Bonita Studio, we would link to link to its content or post the content in a form to share with users.

We want to share this information (the steps involved in creating a business process model application) but do not want the business users to install Bonita Studio locally and access it through User Guidance.

Is there a way to provide the same interface outside Bonita Studio?

Is there a way for a user to see, for the requests they submitted, where and/or how many steps remain?

I'm trying to connect BOS 6.0.3 with MySQL using Tomcat bundle. I followed tutorial on http://documentation.bonitasoft.com/tomcat-bundle but it doesn't create any table or record in "bonita" database.

I'd really appreciate your help. I've searched over internet about it but the information is for earlier versions of BonitaSoft, where process is different from BOS 6.0.3
