• Purge cases in the process: keep archive cases 3 months (parameter) then purge them
• Reply failed tasks after 10 minutes (parameter) delay
• Unassigned tasks after 30 minutes (parameter)
• SLA actions on tasks
• Email on mail per user with his task's list
