add best practice diagrams to Bonita Studio
How can I add a button or dialog box to Bonita Studio while a user import a diagram for suggesting best practices diagrams? Moreover, I want to add a button for best practice diagrams that i generate before. I think it is useful for someone who has a less knowledge about design a business process management.
I'll be honest I wouldn't go there.
The simple reason is Bonitasoft changes the base software according to requirements and emerging technologies.
You will also have to write Eclipse extensions which Bonitasoft is based upon, then you must integrate them into the Studio.
And every time Bonitasoft makes a new release, you will have to change it accordingly. A Change Management nightmare.
I will also tell you now that because of the underlying software being "possibly" downgraded by the Eclipse foundation (which will affect ALL vendors of Eclipse based BPMN software (a lot by the way)) Studio may end up looking like the Web based UI designer. It could be years off of course.

Like I say, this could be years off...we have to wait and see.
