Can't create new user using Bonita Super Admin Portal on Bonita 2023.1 CE docker container.

I am using bonita 2023.1 docker image as a container but I can't create a new user using the Super Admin Portal. The create new user form fields placeholders show {{properties.placeholder | uiTranslate}} without any labels and there is no error message in the docker logs as the create new user form starts up. The create button is also disabled.

Has anybody else encountered the same issue. please advise how you resolved it.

Just resolved the issue. It was to do with my browser cache. Cleared it and it's now working as expected.
