Insert data in Oracle 11G

I have installed Bonita Community Edition Version : 2023.2 Version id : u0 Build id : 9.0.0

Install the database connector with the driver for Oracle 11G, in an activity when creating connector in to perform an Insert in an external database, the successful connection test is achieved, but the insert INSERT INTO claim (description) is not performed.
VALUES ('${complainInput.issue}'), when execute the activity it does not save the information in Oracle, it happens to me if I create the statement using text editor or graphical query builder

Please help
