org.bonitasoft.engine.lock.SLockTimeoutException

I have twelve services task in parallel that each one of them has to go get a list of users from bonita groups and send an email.

So in summary, we have twelve calls to get the users and twelve sending emails.

In some cases we are getting org.bonitasoft.engine.lock.SLockTimeoutException.

How to solve that?
