Today, let's check out the updated Bonita Docker Image.

In Bonita, we a have unified Bonita Cloud & Runtime Docker images
What are the improvements?
Bonita Docker Image runs light & safe
Now, we use Alpine Linux instead of Ubuntu which is much lighter and allows u to get improved security.
Engine’s LDAP synchronizer has also been removed (change back-ported till Bonita Docker image 7.12.10) and replaced with a Docker compliant one. That means the LDAP Synchronizer is now out of the Bonita docker image and is available as an independent docker image ready to use (available on http://quay.io )
Limited number of packages (dependencies)
Number of dependenices has been limitet for both community and subscription edition.

Community : rl \ gnupg2 \ mysql-client-core-5.7 \ openjdk-11-jre-headless \ postgresql-client \ unzip \ zip \ gosu

Subscription edition : bash \ util-linux \ su-exec \ jattach \ curl \ unzip \ … and all community
DB is not created when running the Docker image
You can either take the Bonita docker image that has the schema included or you can use your DB schema configured for Bonita as specified in the documentation : Database configuration | Bonita Documentation
Bonita Docker image is only available for download on http://quay.io
If you don't know what version you want to download it

Go on http://quay.io . Repository “bonita-subscription”.
