Is there a way to do an autocomplit form?
For example I would like do a field email with autocomplit like Gmail.

Hi,
you can use Suggest box widget to do that. You link a set of available values to it, and your end users can start typing in and they would get suggestions.

Yes, of course, it needs to be a list of values, it can be a process variable.
