BAM/plug-ins in community edition

"Support for business monitoring BAM :Partially supported"  is that because it needs  third-party software components as I found here in documentation:
https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/7.11/reporting-overview  or there are other constraints?

another question :Bonita supports many connectors ,but does it support plug-ins architecture?

Hi Rowa,

Business monitoring features are for our Subscriptions Editions only. Therefore if you want to monitor business data with Bonita Community Edition, you will need to use connectors and external applications.

Regarding your second question, Bonita as a BPM Platform based on Eclipse enables plug-in architecture. Moreover Bonita (and especially Bonita Enterprise Edition) has event handlers which are plug-ins to handle case management and unstructured data.

I want to learn everything about Bonita(community edition)  from scratch .. Where should I start  videos, or documentation .or..? I need to apply  it in  my work to my PhD thesis,

There are several resources to learn about Bonita:

• Getting Started Tutorial in the documentation
• Bonita Camp videos (Even if they are not up-to-date with the latest version, they are still very useful to learn with Bonita)
• Other technical resources can be found in our community blog or in the Technical and product tutorials playlist on YouTube
