BonitaSoft’s been out and about. Here are some slidesets from us, about us:

New on the BonitaSoft Team. Bonita developer Barbie has arrived!

As you know, BonitaSoft has grown rapidly since our inauguration in June 2009. When I started on the team in September 2009, we went from 0% women to 1% women. Today the company has about 40 employees, with about 30% women. R&D is still 100% guys (plus Barbie) – and if we have a chance to change that ratio, we are definitely open to recruit more women developers!

In the meantime, a welcome to Elodie Jacques and Rita Saliba. We’re pretty proud of the age, nationality, and gender diversity of BonitaSoft.
