when i change the database.properties configuration file to mysql i have the following problem :

probably your bdm is not loaded to server correctly. upload your bdm again and check logs for errors.

I have a same issue after adding attribute to the BDM and save it. I’M using Tahiti Vacation demo

Can you clarify if you update the database settings for the environment inside Bonita Studio or on a separated server setup install for example with Bonita + Tomcat bundle?

Note that the test environment embedded in Bonita Studio is only designed to use the embedded h2 database.

we encounter several problems while configuring mysql, despite the fact that everything is done in the documentation and tutorial bonitasoft, but after all the attempts, we have not found any solution.

are you working on server or bonita studio?
If you are in bonita studio, you should know that in studio only h2 database allowed for test purpose only. Don’t change settings for other then h2 database.
Make sure that your bdm has no error after the deploy with bonita studio, you can check errors from Help- Bonita Engine Log. After successfull deployment, you can export bdm and update to server with it then it should work.

we worked on bonita studio, it is possible after the use of the database h2 integration of the application on an existing system ?

bonita studio is only for development. You can’t use it for live application. H2 database is not for live applications.
You can follow this documantation for install bonitabpm to your server. You can install it on to linux or windows, it is your call.

it is possible to take your personnal contact(facebook, whatsapp, mail… ) we are students and our enf of study project is to develop an application on bonitasoft. it was a discovery for us where we encountered a lot of problems and errors despite we follow the documentation. and we did not find anyone to help us.
