Hello everyone, I'd like to clarify some doubts regarding Bonita .
Currently, at the company where I work, we utilize Bizagi for process automation with BPM mapping. I'm curious to know if Bonita can effectively replace Bizagi for ongoing automation of these processes.
Additionally, we frequently reuse data from other processes, and I'd like to explore if this is achievable with Bonita . Here, we deal with somewhat intricate procedures related to orders, purchases, proposals, and more.
And would it be possible to import processes from bizagi?
Hi mayconjardim,
I'd say that the answer is yes. Bonita is a good option for handling complex process automation.
Bonita uses BPMN 2.0 so diagrams using that notation can be imported from *.bpmn into Bonita Studio to be automated: https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/latest/runtime/import-and-export-a-process#_what_is_supported_or_compatible
Bonita is flexible. It allows to connect to other systems easily thanks to the extension points, such as the connectors: https://documentation.bonitasoft.com/bonita/latest/runtime/connectors-execution#_what_are_connectors
Our Bonita REST API would allow you to retrive data from another process: https://api-documentation.bonitasoft.com/latest/
Maybe the best is to give it a try with our Community Edition: https://www.bonitasoft.com/downloads
and if you'd like to know more about our Enterprise Edition, don't hesitate to contact us: https://www.bonitasoft.com/contact-us
Hope this helps,
