Can I attach documents in Bonita portal. If can, what I need to do in Bonita Studio.

Hi,

please read the documentation about how to use Document in Bontita.

In your example you are using a Business Object named Document. This is not the out of box way of managing documents in Bonita. You can create documents in a process through the Data > Documents tab of your process.

You can have a look to this example that manipulate Bonita documents.

Hi,

Documents are not attached in Bonita Portal, but referenced in your process and then displayed, updated through your user interface.

Can you explain a bit more in details what you would like to do, so that I can help you implementing it ?

In the meantime, you can have a look at the Documentation to understand better how documents are handled in Bonita.

I added upload widget from UI designer here https://ibb.co/VM5K4BV.

And then it is displayed in Bonita portal here https://ibb.co/CPhsX2c.

So I attached file and submit this form. And then I don't know where can I find my attached file in Bonita portal https://ibb.co/w6v3Y7P. I think I need to implement in my Bonita Studio and I used Bonita Community version. I'm new Bonita user also.

Thank you for your answer. As per how to use Document, Bonita recommends to use CMS, by specifying a URL that identifies the document. So I specify a URL that I want to store my attachments in a form. After deploying, when I upload file, it is displayed "Upload Failed". Do I need another implementation in Bonita Community Studio?
