Can't create a new diagram

Hello, i’m new to Bonita, and have downloaded version 6.2.3.
When I press “new diagram” nothing happens.
It just adds is to Recently Modified…
Any ideas?

Hello,

Could you access the Studio log (menu Help, then Bonita Studio Log) and share the content ?
Normaly, after clicking on the new, the diagram should appears.

Did you try to click on the link on Recently Modified ? On which platform are you (windows ?)
