How can i make a case (or case overview) visible for an actor (the manager of the user who initiated the case) who did not participate in the workflow.

I'm not expert, but the new version 2021.2 has a very nice built-in admin application. They can see it by going to the Application List which is the small icon beside their user name (the 9 dots in a 3x3 array). The manager could use this Bonita Administrator Application. Inside they use the dropdown choices under BPM to view Cases.
Thanks for the reply, I haven’t tried the new version yet, but I will since I haven’t yet found a way to solve my problem.
