create a .bar using script( App) without studio installed

Hi:
I can export bar from studio in Community Edition v7.7.3. Is it possible to create a .bar file using script without studio? It seems BarExport must use studio to get processDefine config params… ect.
How can i use stand alone App to get process, connector params to build .bar without studio installed? I want to automate build steps.
