How is possible create this documents type?

I use jasperStudio but i dont know how monitoring cases and process with user and groups

If you’re using Community then you’ll have to read the database, understanding it and then develop your reports from there.

If you’re using subscription then I would contact Bonita Support for advice on what and how to start.

The Community does not have a full database description of how and where things are, so you’ll have to look it up yourself.
