Perhaps when you try to run the process several copies of one form are opened in UI Designer.
Close the forms and run the process…

Hi,

As I can see that there is only one task, which doesn’t depend on any other tasks, You can create a new form, with never existed formName within your bonitaStudio.

unfortunately closing the forms doesn’t solve the errors. I still get the same errors.

Looking at this there is a dependency between the pool (test) and the task (review). i would look at every piece of data you have to isolate which one is causing a problem…

Are you able to share the process so we can have a look?
