Error 500 - DefaultTenantIdException

Hi
I was trying to install the Bonitasoft 7.0.1 server edition .
After the installation while I tested the installation by accessing the url , it is giving error mentioning Error 500 - DefaultTenantIdException .
Though I searched for the already asked question , I could not able to understand the answer and also not convinced .
Can any body help me to resolve this ?

Hello,
can you give us more informations?

  • What do you mean, when you talk about the “server edition” ?
  • when you say "accessing the url ", can you give us this URL?
  • can you give the full stack trace of the error, or search for some logs?
