Dear Community,
First, I would like to remind you that it is time to update:
- Bonita BPM 6.1.2 is available to download. This is a minor maintenance release.
- Please read the release notes for more information.
How-tos
We are continuing to improve our official documentation. We just added some very interesting tutorials, mainly about installation of the Bonita BPM Platform:
- How to install Bonita BPM for Glassfish application server was a very popular request on the Community forum, and now it is documented. Thank you for pointing out this need to us!
- Two common Bonita BPM setup, based on two different Linux distributions, Java, application servers and databases, so it should cover a lot of use cases:
- Build your KPIs and use them to create a report in Bonita BPM Portal using Jasper iReport 5.1
Ready to deploy and monitor your applications? If you need some tutorials, just ask in the Ideas section of the website!
6.2
Yes, 6.2 is on the way. I don't have a release date at the moment, however, I would like to share two important things about it.
The first Pull Request was accepted on Bonitasoft GitHub. You can see that it is already integrated in the 6.2 development sources, available on the repository. Ludovic BERTIN did this first Pull Request and we will send him some nice Bonita BPM goodies, including our "How to make coffee process" mug ;-) By the way, I hope this will be the first of many. We'll get more mugs if we need them!
News about migrating from 6.0.x to 6.1.x to 6.2.x: While it is not yet available, we are working on these important tools and documentation. I can quote our Roadmap Guru, Alexandre: "the migration tooling will be available in the weeks following the 6.2 release".

I created another one, in red with a white background. You can find them both on my Keep-Calm-o-matic account. Feel free to print it, share it or distribute it however you want.
