Has anyone came across any use case not suitable for Bonita ?
Is there any use case scenario or complicated workflow this community is aware or rather suggest not to automate with Bonita as Bonita is made for such complicated workflows?
Bonita is rather extensible. Bonita provides a rich set of features by default. These features are designed to meet the needs of most of your projects. However, if a project has a need that was not anticipated and cannot be met by the default features, Bonita has been designed to be extensible
If extensibility is not a problem then I would advice to think throughly about your process design. It can get complicated but everything is possible with BPMN2.0

In my experience , all BPM Systems allow you to pause / put on hold a case.
But certain workflows require the ability to put a case on Hold / Pause.
During the Pause state, SLA is not counted and User can resume the case any time.
In Bonita , a case has 2 states , Active , Archived (Completed ),
This functionality is not present Bonita. Custom development is too complicated to implement this.
