I want to notify actors when a task being allocated to them. I found that in dashboard it is notifying but, I'm looking for an other option like sending an email, because dashboard notifications are not much prominent(According to my perspective). Is there a way to notify actors when a task being allocated to them?
You can create an email connector in your process and send notifications that way.
