How can input field access the each row of the item in the collection

Hi,I really meet a problem ,I create a collection with several items,I can access the item’s value in the collection,but how can I get the item’s value of each row outside the collection?

Hit:when I mean like,in the “expenses report” of “create expense report” form,how to get to the total cost

Does anyone has solution about this?
