How do I share a diagram with someone else?

I created a diagram and now I want to give it to someone else. I can't find where it says how to do that.

Bonita BPM 6.1.2

Don't know my Java (version, stack trace...) or Java application server

Am using Win 7

Hi,

actually - you have several options. But first - a question. Do you want to share only the diagram? (an image?) Do you what to share a complete project?

  1. From the community version - you can export the diagram as an image.
  2. Using Team edition (commercial) you can share and version the project files (I assume through a common repository, but someone more skilled could know it exactly). This version as well enables you to export a .bpmn file for sharing between other tools
  3. To share the project with someone using BonitaBPM - in the installation folder there's a folder workspace/default, you can hand over your folder too (there's a folder 'diagram' where the diagram sources are available, maybe for start that can be enough).

Using the button "Export" (Community and Subscriptions) you can also generate a .bos file that can imported in another Bonita Studio.
