Could someone please tell me how to connect two pools in a model to show the flow of information with dotted lines?
I dont know how to connect two pools with the information flow that is of dotted lines.

I guess that when you refer to dotted line you speak about the notation in BPMN between 2 pools.
In Bonita Studio, it be displayed using Call Activity or messages events (see below) when you refer to communication between pools.
