How to use a method Http POST to insert values in my web API ?

Hello

I want ton insert my form’s values (wich are in my contract) in a web API.
So on the button Submit I define Action : HTTP POST ? And what else ?
And in my Studio I define an output connector : REST POST ?
I’m lost
