Yes you can create your custom widget using the Community version.
You can find information about it in a dedicated documentation page.
For examples you can take a look at contribution-widget GitHub repository.

Sorry but I don’t have any example of graphics custom widgets.

Note that Subscription Edition of Bonita provides graphic widgets (bar charts, pie charts…) out of the box.
