I want to define a form to collect order information.
User needs to fill some data to the order header and dynamically create order items.
Problem is, I did’t see how to create that kind of form in Bonita 6.3 community edition.
It seems there is no way to create a master-detail form with a grid for the order items whose row is mapped to a business object called “OrderItem” and allow add and remove row operation.
I want to build a POC demo application to our client, if the feature we need can only be found in the commercial version, how can I get a trial version?
Using Bonita Studio directly you cannot do what you want.
You’ll need a subscription edition, in order to be able to create a new data type, that will be a complex type to use in process data (as a XML or Java Class).
You can get a trial version contacting BonitaSoft directly.
Hey I was also looking for this kind of functionality and after a long search i found this post.
http://community.bonitasoft.com/groups/usage-operation-5x/best-option-populate-list
It creates a dynamic table (inc load of populated list) and the option to add/remove data.

I contacted BonitaSoft several times using that contact form. But no one reply me.
Now I am trying to introduce their product to our client but I can’t get a full featured trial version to make a POC and also I don’t know the subscription price to help our client to make purchase decision.
Recently I’ve discovered this document.
Apparently, you can do a multi-line form with the community edition, but I suppose it coud not be so trivial for someone with less Java knowledge (my case).
