I noticed that my user “jocafi” can create issues on Jira, but I cannot reply or add further comments.
PLEASE Admin, take a look if my user is read-only or what can I do to write down my comments there.

Hello, thank you for the report. Sorry for the delay, I was not able to handle it before. I made some changes to the user management of our Community Jira. Atlassian made some changes on the default group for new users, I didn’t noticed that. Could you please check that you have the good rights now ?

Oh my Gosh ! Terrible thing from Jira… Open an Issue on the Jira from Jira in order they solve it.
