I am currently using Bonita 5.5
When i log in as admin and create a new user, although i fill “Member of part” correctly, the new user can see no cases. The cases page is simply empty. As if there were no cases at that moment.
Any suggestions?

In Bonita 5.5, the list of candidates was static, since Bonita 6.x you can configure dynamic candidate list.
What does that mean in your case? Basically, let’s say you have 1000 tasks waiting to be submitted, each of this task has a list of candidate who can grab this task and execute it.
When you create a new user, the list of candidates for the existing tasks is not refreshed, therefore the new user don’t see any tasks (or cases).

There are a lot of actual cases. The users who were created back then can see them, the ones i created cant
Is there any kind of extra athorisation for users to decide which user can see which case?
have u assigned them a profile?
Role name ? I assigned them as user.
Other users seem to have the same assignement and they work fine…
