Official support of Bonita Community Edition

Hi!

Could you please tell me whether Bonita Community Edition is supported only by the community and not by BonitaSoft? It is my understanding that BonitaSoft supports only the Enterprise edition with an SLA - so the Community Edition is supported only by the community (that is this forum).

Indeed that's correct. Bonita Community Edition is supported by our Community and Bonita Enterprise Edition comes with a package of services including official support. 

Answer in our community Q&A are provided both by Bonitasofters from all technical departments and our community members.
