Search Bonita Portal Users returns "no data"

Hello!

I'm trying to search users in Admin Page on Bonita Portal 6.5.4 on Centos 6x, and Bonita Engine returns no data. I can't change passwords or disable users!

The bonita.log returns:

"...

2019-02-05 14:43:57 org.bonitasoft.console.common.server.login.datastore.LoginDatastore
SEVERE: Error while logging in the engine API.
..."

Can someone help me, please!

Further information: I read other forum quesitions like:

And I realize that:

The Configuration > Profiles > Administrator doesn't have the Admininstator name (Bonita Admin)!!

Administrator
    The administrator can install a process, .....

    Technical details
    Users: 0
    Groups: 0
    Roles: 0
    Memberships: 0

But if i look in the Bonita Admin user, the Membership Administrator exists!!

PLEASE,  anyone from BONITASOFT can HELP?

If it was a bug, can you tell us?

I'm using the following browsers:

  • CHROME VERSION: 72.0.3626.119 (OFFICIAL) 64 bits
  • FIREFOX VERSION: 65.0.2 (64-bit)

Hello, Are you logged in using the technical administrator account (credential are install/install by default) ? Or an account that you gave administrator privileges to ?

I tried access with the technical and an account that I gave admin access.... anyone worked...
